On August 4, 2018 Steven and Julie Gross performed Aphelion by Daniel Baldwin during the Faculty Concert of the Crescendo Summer Institute in Tokaj, Hungary. Steven Gross was on faculty at the Institute. Aphelion is a work for two horns and orchestra, originally composed for the Czech-American duo of Steven Gross and Jiri Havlik. The orchestra part was transcribed for piano by Mr. Baldwin himself for this performance.
